RAINY DAY POLICY:

•If your party is scheduled to be hosted outdoors, please make alternate arrangements indoors in the event of rain.

•Our normal cancellation policy applies for cancellations due to weather.

PARTY PACKAGE CHANGES

•Changes to your party package during the week of service, that results in a lesser/smaller package than the original, will result in a $25 fee.

•Changes to the date of your party that are given to us in less than 2 week's time will result in a $25 fee.

CORPORATE & BUSINESS EVENTS

•For cancellations less than 7 days prior to an event, 50% of the invoice is still due.

•Should Party Face Magic be contracted to do prep work such as customizing designs that are to be utilized during an event, and the event is cancelled, 100% of the invoice is still due.
